After 20 years at AllianceBernstein, Ray Sclafani founded and heads ClientWise, which provides elite coaching programs and consulting exclusively for the financial services industry. Ray’s passion for serving leaders, advisors, and companies in the financial services sector is reflected in ClientWise and its unique coaching programs and team of credentialed coaches.
Emma joined the ClientWise team as a Business Development Representative. In 2020, Emma graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor's degree in Family Science and Human Development. She began her career working in fundraising at a private boarding school in New Hope, Pennsylvania. As she was born in the South, Emma wanted to return to her roots. She chose Texas as the place to put down new roots and settle. Texas is the perfect fit for Emma to focus on relationship building for ClientWise and continue her varied interests in yoga.
After 28 years supporting large financial services firms, Shawn Elder joined the ClientWise team as the Chief Operating Officer. He spent 12 years at CapitalOne in a variety of leadership roles including Director of Technology leading complex technology investments and Director of Process Engineering leading operational transformations.
Before joining the ClientWise team, Jerilynn worked in a variety of fields. She was Manager of Environmental Services at a physical rehabilitation facility, a Yacht Stewardess on a private yacht, and a Banking Customer Service Representative.
Sophia Harbas has more than 20 years of experience in financial services management, including business development, client relationship management, and marketing. She spent 18 years at AllianceBernstein in a variety of management and executive roles, including Vice President of Sales Data and Marketing Operations and Assistant Vice President of Cash Management Services.
Valerie joined the ClientWise team as a Client Experience Specialist. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Leadership and an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Dallas Baptist University. While in college, she competed in track and her main event was 400m hurdles. She has experience in customer service and sales, with relationship-building as her main focus. Off the clock, she enjoys spending time with her husband and trying all the tacos in DFW.
After 11 years in private law practice, Margaret transitioned to coaching in late 1994, in the early years of the coaching profession. With over 15 years of coaching experience, her broad range of clients includes Fortune 500 companies, C-Suite and senior executives, and executives and professionals in the sectors of financial services and law.
Sarah Luther is a Relationship Manager at ClientWise. She is passionate about partnering with our clients to co-create a Professional Development Plan that allows advisors to think about what they want really want for their businesses. Sarah has a BA in Communications from Duquesne University. She began her career as an advisor with New EnglandFinancial and then moved into a Director of Recruiting role.
Kelsey is the Community Manager for the ClientWise eXchange™. She believes that everything happens for a reason and if you work hard enough, you can do anything you set your mind to. Coming from a background of customer service in retail, recreation, healthcare, and hospitality, she has learned that the success of a business starts with the customer relationship. Kelsey graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Environmental Sciences. She is a born and raised Texan who loves the Lone Star State. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys baking, crafting, and spending time with her husband and dog, Lucy.
Leslie Torres joined the ClientWise Team as the Marketing Coordinator. As an Army Veteran with 9 years of prior service, she is a multi-faceted team member. Her passion has grown in capturing opportunities for growth and developing market-driven strategies that are aimed at driving sustainable success. Additionally, she offers essential intangibles that consist of working in a collaborative environment and foresight to consumer behavior. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Marketing Communications from Notre Dame of Maryland University and her Master’s in Marketing Intelligence at Towson University. After work, you can find her spending time with her two boys, hiking, reading mystery novels, and although she likes to try different places to eat as a foodie, her heart while always lead her to a good taco place.
