Ray’s passion for serving leaders, advisors, and companies in the financial services sector is reflected in ClientWise and its unique coaching programs and team of credentialed coaches.

Emma joined the ClientWise team as a Business Development Representative. In 2020, Emma graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor's degree in Family Science and Human Development. She began her career working in fundraising at a private boarding school in New Hope, Pennsylvania. As she was born in the South, Emma wanted to return to her roots. She chose Texas as the place to put down new roots and settle. Texas is the perfect fit for Emma to focus on relationship building for ClientWise and continue her varied interests in yoga.

Owen Dahl leads the ClientWise Valuation Services Team. He comes directly to ClientWise from Envestnet, where he held a special appointment as Subject Matter Expert to Valuations following Envestent’s acquisition of Truelyticcs Valuation Software in 2022. Owen developed much of the financial modeling that drove Truelytics software when he held Board and Technical roles with Truelytics, and as co-Founder and President of Gladtone Analytics where the software was initially incubated under Owen’s technical guidance.

After 28 years supporting large financial services firms, Shawn Elder joined the ClientWise team as the Chief Operating Officer. He spent 12 years at CapitalOne in a variety of leadership roles including Director of Technology leading complex technology investments and Director of Process Engineering leading operational transformations.

Before joining the ClientWise team, Jerilynn worked in a variety of fields. She was Manager of Environmental Services at a physical rehabilitation facility, a Yacht Stewardess on a private yacht, and a Banking Customer Service Representative.

Sophia Harbas has more than 20 years of experience in financial services management, including business development, client relationship management, and marketing. She spent 18 years at AllianceBernstein in a variety of management and executive roles, including Vice President of Sales Data and Marketing Operations and Assistant Vice President of Cash Management Services.

Lauren Kaufman is a Senior Business Consultant at ClientWise. Lauren has a BA in Communications with a minor in Mandarin from the University of Colorado-Boulder. Lauren spent 8 years at Dimensional Fund Advisors where she worked with advisors and firms of all sizes on their practice management and growth strategies. Most recently, Lauren was the Lead Coach at Limitless Advisor Coaching. Lauren's unwavering passion for excellence, both personally and professionally, continues to inspire and drive her commitment to empower firms to achieve unprecedented levels of success.

Nathan Kim

Nathan Kim joined the ClientWise Team as a Valuation Business Analyst. Nathan has a BBA in Finance with a minor in Accounting from the University of Texas-Austin. Prior to joining ClientWise, Nathan spent 2 years at Deloitte where he worked within the Business Valuation division. He worked with clients in various industries offering purchase price allocation, total enterprise valuation, intangible asset valuation, and consulting services. Additionally, he helped in preparing client deliverables for financial reporting purposes as well as in overseeing audit process for multiple entities. Nathan currently lives in Allen, Texas and enjoys playing golf, basketball, and other sports in his free time.

Valerie joined the ClientWise team as a Client Experience Specialist in 2021. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Leadership and an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Dallas Baptist University. While in college, she competed in track and her main event was 400m hurdles. She has experience in customer service and sales, with relationship-building as her main focus. Off the clock, she enjoys spending time with her husband and trying all the tacos in DFW.

As she leads the team of Relationship Managers, she is infusing her passion, knowledge and coach approach into the team for a broader impact in the financial services industry.Sarah has a BA in Communications from Duquesne University. She began her career as a Financial Advisor with New England Financial and then moved into a Director of Recruiting role. Now at ClientWise, she has completed the ClientWise Certified Financial Services Coach Training Program™ and is on her way toward attaining her Associate Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation having spent over 100 hours coaching advisors and their teams on leadership & practice management objectives.Sarah’s passion is to dig deep with clients and help make a difference in not only their professional lives but also their personal lives. She does this not only in her capacity as a Relationship Manager, but also as she facilitates emerging leaders workshops and performs main stage at various financial services conferences. She currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA, recently engaged to her Fiancé’, Jason and loves spending time with her pug, Mugsy. Sarah has had an impressive past of true athleticism. She has completed in multiple half marathons and endured multiple themed races. She was also a nationally qualified bodybuilding competitor in the OCB, a natural bodybuilding organization.

Kelsey graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Environmental Sciences. She is a born and raised Texan who loves the Lone Star State. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys baking, crafting, and spending time with her husband and dog, Lucy.

In these roles, she collaborated extensively with financial advisors and their teams, crafting customized marketing strategies designed to elevate their brands, deepen client relationships, and drive sustainable growth. Megan's focus on aligning these strategies with each team's unique goals helped maximize their potential, leading to long-term success for both the advisors and their clients.

With over two decades of experience in the financial planning and wealth management industry, Tim brings a consultative, needs based, and client-centric business development approach to our team. He also serves as a vital strategic bridge between sales and marketing. He was previously the Chief Revenue Officer for the Investments & Wealth Institute (formerly IMCA) where he led sales, marketing, and communications and spearheaded the growth of the CIMA®, CPWA®, and RMA® certifications. Prior to IWI, Tim was Group Publisher, leading the Investment Advisor Group at SourceMedia (now Arizent) and Publisher of Financial Planning magazine. Before that, he managed corporate relationships for the Denver, CO based Financial Planning Association (FPA).
