Tessa Flaherty is a Senior Business Consultant at ClientWise. She works with Managing Partners and their leadership teams across Northwestern Mutual to elevate the network office by providing coaching and expertise to sophisticated advisors. She is passionate about motivating financial advisors to quickly resolve their business challenges with ease and confidence.
Before joining the ClientWise team, Jerilynn worked in a variety of fields. She was Manager of Environmental Services at a physical rehabilitation facility, a Yacht Stewardess on a private yacht, and a Banking Customer Service Representative.
Sophia Harbas has more than 20 years of experience in financial services management, including business development, client relationship management, and marketing. She spent 18 years at AllianceBernstein in a variety of management and executive roles, including Vice President of Sales Data and Marketing Operations and Assistant Vice President of Cash Management Services.
Valerie joined the ClientWise team as a Client Success Manager. She recently graduated with a Master of Arts in Leadership and has an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Dallas Baptist University. While in college, she competed in track and her main event was 400m hurdles. She has experience in customer service and sales, with relationship-building as her main focus. Off the clock, she enjoys spending time with her husband as newlyweds.
After 11 years in private law practice, Margaret transitioned to coaching in late 1994, in the early years of the coaching profession. With over 15 years of coaching experience, her broad range of clients includes Fortune 500 companies, C-Suite and senior executives, and executives and professionals in the sectors of financial services and law.
Sarah Luther is a Relationship Manager at ClientWise. She is passionate about partnering with our clients to co-create a Professional Development Plan that allows advisors to think about what they want really want for their businesses. Sarah has a BA in Communications from Duquesne University. She began her career as an advisor with New EnglandFinancial and then moved into a Director of Recruiting role.
Jay Newberry joined ClientWise in January 2021 as a Relationship Manager with ten years of experience in the financial services industry. The majority of that time was spent at TD Ameritrade on the institutional side. While at TD, Jay worked with existing RIA’s looking at changing custodians and with existing advisors in the B/D world. He spent the last four years at TD as a consultant for existing advisors looking to make a move or increase their efficiency. Some of his key roles included consulting in the creation of their own RIA, helping advisors choose the correct tech stack, compliance coverage, and how the firm would run investments. What drives Jay the most in his role as a Relationship Manager is knowing we are helping advisors build a strong and lasting practice to ensure they can ultimately take better care of their clients, and ultimately impact thousands of lives. Jay currently resides in Flower Mound, Texas, and is busy as a new father. In his downtime, he enjoys playing tennis, mountain biking, and spending time at the pool with his family.
Kelsey is the Community Manager for the ClientWise eXchange™. She believes that everything happens for a reason and if you work hard enough, you can do anything you set your mind to. Coming from a background of customer service in retail, recreation, healthcare, and hospitality, she has learned that the success of a business starts with the customer relationship. Kelsey graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Environmental Sciences. She is a born and raised Texan who loves the Lone Star State. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys baking, crafting, and spending time with her husband and dog, Lucy.
