Jayson leverages over 20 years of diverse experience in corporate, nonprofit, and philanthropic sectors, combined with a deep commitment to personal development, to empower his clients and guide them toward achieving new levels of professional and personal growth.

Throughout his career, Jayson has thrived in various roles, from the fast-paced world of investment banking to helping to scale one of the fastest-growing international nonprofits in history. He has also made significant contributions in venture philanthropy, where he helped to invest millions in early-stage funding and provide thought partnerships to dynamic social impact organizations addressing critical global challenges in health, education, livelihoods, and poverty alleviation.

As an Executive Coach and leadership facilitator, Jayson combines his extensive experience with a wide range of coaching modalities. He holds certifications as an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach and a certified integral coach with New Ventures West.  Jayson is dually certified in the Enneagram personality-type tool and has received training in somatics (body-based intelligence) for leaders, emergent (presence-based) coaching, and embodied racial equity. He continually adds new coaching modalities and business acumen to his toolkit to best support his clients.

In addition to individual coaching, Jayson designs and facilitates workshops on various topics such as the Enneagram, emotional intelligence, navigating difficult conversations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), all aimed at enhancing team effectiveness and collaboration.
