    Valerie joined the ClientWise team as a Client Experience Specialist in 2021 and was promoted to Chief of Staff in 2026, reflecting her leadership and impact across the firm.

    She holds a Master of Arts degree in Leadership and an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Dallas Baptist University. While in college, she competed in track, specializing in the 400m hurdles.

    She brings a background in customer service and sales, with a strong focus on relationship-building.

    Off the clock, she enjoys spending time with her family and trying all the tacos in DFW.
