Lauren Kaufman is a Senior Business Consultant at ClientWise, where she leads the firm’s valuations team and works directly with financial advisors to unlock growth and long-term enterprise value. Lauren is also an ICF credentialed coach and loves working with high-performing teams on their strategic objectives. Her areas of expertise include: M&A strategy, team development, Passage to Partnership, strategic planning, and so on. 

Before joining ClientWise, Lauren spent eight years at Dimensional Fund Advisors, working with advisors and firms of all sizes on practice management and growth strategies. She holds a BA in Communications with a minor in Mandarin from the University of Colorado–Boulder.

Lauren resides in Austin, TX with her husband, Aaron, their son, Porter, and their two French Bulldogs, Tater Tot and Queso. Outside of work, she enjoys trying new restaurants, working out at F45, and reading the latest historical fiction novel.
