Jen Markarian brings with her 9 years in business coaching, leadership development and facilitating. Jen has coached leaders and entrepreneurs in a variety of fields, including medical and biotech, IT and engineering, but her speciality is coaching those in the financial industry.  Having spent nearly 3,000 hours coaching financial advisors, Jen has a deep understanding of the complexity and context surrounding the Financial Advisor’s business, growth, and transition models. She leverages her business acumen and leans into industry knowledge while creating an environment that supports vulnerability, candor, thought breakthrough and accountability, leading to sustainable success.
