Maureen specializes in coaching leaders within the financial services industry at critical junctures in their careers. She empowers them to lead with intention, make thoughtful choices, and align their ambitions with their desired way of living and leading.

With a career spanning 25 years in both corporate leadership and entrepreneurship, Maureen possesses a deep, firsthand understanding of the challenges, complexities, and shifts in identity that accompany high-level leadership roles. Her experience enables her to guide clients through periods of intense pressure and change.

Maureen has worked with financial advisors and high-net-worth clients at Alex. Brown and Sons, Bankers Trust, and Deutsche Bank. Later, she developed programs for retirement plans and intermediary audiences at T. Rowe Price. Following the birth of her third child, Maureen established her own firm to pursue her work independently. For her, balance is not merely an ideal, it is a daily practice.

Maureen’s coaching practice focuses on leaders stepping into greater authority, sustaining leadership at scale, and redefining their next chapter. She has partnered with clients ranging from emerging leaders to executives across global enterprises in financial services, technology, energy, media, and the public sector.

Maureen believes that impactful leadership starts with clarity: clarity of purpose, priorities, and intentional leadership. She is known for her ability to listen deeply and ask insightful questions that help clients gain new perspectives, untangle limiting beliefs, and move forward toward their goals. Clients appreciate her grounded and direct approach, as well as the warmth she brings to challenging conversations.

Outside of her professional life, Maureen finds balance through nature, travel, tennis, skiing, and woodworking. She especially enjoys time with her husband and their three teenage daughters.
