What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an outgoing and target-driven Business Development Representative to reach out to prospective clients. The Business Development Representative’s responsibilities include screening, qualifying, and outreach to various organizations that fit ClientWise’s services. This role is intended to be a development role within the sales team that transitions the employee into an established senior role. To be successful, this person should be a driven, self-motivator who possesses good interpersonal skills and be willing to work as a team. Ultimately, a top-performing Business Development Representative should demonstrate exceptional organizational, time management, and customer service skills at all times.

Responsibilities
    • Qualifying leads with the goal of scheduling follow-up calls or appointments for a senior member of the team. 
    • Cold leads procured via call, email, and LinkedIn
    • Providing timely follow-up to confirm the appointment and ensure the prospect has adequate information for the introductory call or meeting.
    • Following up on initial meetings via phone/email to gather feedback and confirm the next steps.
    • Updating the CRM to reflect any notes, relevant feedback, and next steps.
Requirements
    • 1 - 3 years of sales experience preferred
    • Availability to work full time in the office
    • Some knowledge of CRM tools and techniques (i.e., Salesforce and Zoom Phone)
    • Computer skills with required proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • The ability to work independently
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Effective communication skills
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Commitment to teamwork, culture building, and management development
