With  more than 18 years of valuation experience, Justin King is an ASA certified Valuation Appraiser at ClientWise. Justin has completed over 2000 valuations across ESOP, tax, financial reporting, litigation, and M&A contexts.

Beyond his valuation work, he has founded or co-founded companies in skincare, software, outsourcing, education, and agriculture across three continents.

Justin holds the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation in Business Valuation and earned both his MBA and B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University. He is an active member of the American Society of Appraisers, The ESOP Association, and the National Center for Employee Ownership. Justin is also a frequent conference presenter on topics related to ESOP valuation, equity incentives, and value creation strategies.
