Having worked as a senior executive for over 25 years in the biopharma industry, in roles ranging from leading large, international commercial regions and country operations to heading strategic functions and franchises globally, Alison brings a unique perspective and deep contextual understanding to her coaching of senior executives. She has lived the challenges of tight deadlines, big deliverables, and high stakeholder expectations, not to mention major organizational changes, tricky corporate politics, and significant budget cuts, all while delivering results and continuing to develop her own leadership skills.

As an ICF (International Coaching Federation) certified executive coach, Alison leverages all her business and leadership experience in combination with her coaching skills to support senior executive and high potential individuals as they seek to maximize their impact and grow in responsibility, all while facing the complexity and uncertainties of today’s environment. As a trusted thinking partner, she helps her clients draw on their considerable talents, identify and overcome barriers that may be in their way, and take actions that will lead to the achievement of their goals as well as greater personal satisfaction.

Alison has spoken at conferences and run workshops on topics including stress management, career and leadership development, interviewing skills, and imposter syndrome. In her spare time, she is a competitive endurance athlete and keen wildlife photographer!
