Vanessa has 46 years of professional aviation and business experience, with 30 of those in leadership positions. She held the position of Change Advisor and Leadership Coach for the Federal Aviation Administration. Vanessa is a confidant and trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders. She provides high-valued expertise, support, and guidance, focusing on inter-agency and national change efforts, affecting organizational performance, resolving business issues, and implementing organizational effectiveness/development and solutions.
