We recently surveyed 300 advisory firms and their team members. Believe it or not, among the top three things team members were seeking from their team meetings was “fun!” That’s right! Finding creative ways to make the workplace fun and engaging can accelerate team development.
One of the most effective ways to make your next team meeting a bit more enjoyable, perhaps, is to introduce an icebreaker question.
